Launch Prep
Less than four weeks until Serenity lands in Halifax! Look for posters and tickets appearing around the city this week. Paper tickets will be available soon at Quantum Frontier on Robie Street (*cash only*), and at Video Difference on Quinpool Road – of course, you can still buy tickets online for pick-up at the door.
We’re very excited about our silent auction! Items include a Serenity necklace from Dragonweave Jewelry, a Serenity Sake pint glass and matching T-shirt, a signed “On the Drift” CD from Bedlam Bards, Serenity comics, a collection of essays from SmartPop Books, the Firefly documentary DVD “Done the Impossible”, posters, and Alliance coins. We also have a number of limited edition Browncoat-themed shirts: “Mal Always Shot First”, a beautiful “Serenity Browncoats” shirt featuring Mal riding a Firefly, and “Browncoats: Serenity Valley” with a simple, lovely star design. The auction will begin as soon as our doors open at, and closes at *8:55 pm*. Anyone holding tickets to the 9 pm showing, plan to arrive early – you won’t want to miss these great items!
